Hello P.S./M.S. 108, P.S. M138, and District 4 communities,
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the April Panel for Educational Policy (PEP) meeting scheduled for April 29, 2020 will not be held in-person, and will instead be held via teleconference. Attached are English and translated notices with details regarding how the public may join this meeting. See the letter below for more detailed information.
Dear Members of the P.S/M.S. 108, P.S. M138, and District 4 Communities,
Thank you for your continued communication concerning the upcoming Joint Public Hearing for the proposal to open and co-locate a new site of an existing District 75 school, P.S. M138 with P.S./M.S. 108 beginning in the 2020-2021 school year.
Please note the hearing is currently scheduled for Wednesday, March 25 at 6:00pm. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Joint Public Hearing will be held virtually via teleconference and will not be held in-person at building M108. This will allow mandated attendees and community members to remotely attend the hearing on the scheduled date. We will send more details about how to access this teleconference, how you can check access beforehand, and expectations for mandated attendees as soon as possible in the coming days.
As previously noted, this proposal is anticipated to be voted on at the Panel for Educational Policies' April 22, 2020 meeting.
